 Main tasks

  • Support the commercial activities of Hyundai Motorsport and Genesis Magma Racing programs
  • Conduct research and reporting on current industry trends, activities, strategies, and benchmarking
  • Identify and analyze sponsorship and partnership prospects
  • Manage commercial relationships with licensing agencies and multiple sponsorship sales agencies
  • Develop relationships with potential new partners and sponsors
  • Propose activation strategies for sponsor prospects as part of the sponsorship sales process
  • Host sponsor prospects at events and ensure professional engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all commercial activities (companies approached, discussions held, etc.)

 Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sports marketing, motorsport, sponsorship sales, licensing, and merchandising
  • Strong skills in sponsorship sales, presentation, relationship building, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
