Main tasks

Support the commercial activities of Hyundai Motorsport and Genesis Magma Racing programs

Conduct research and reporting on current industry trends, activities, strategies, and benchmarking

Identify and analyze sponsorship and partnership prospects

Manage commercial relationships with licensing agencies and multiple sponsorship sales agencies

Develop relationships with potential new partners and sponsors
-
Propose activation strategies for sponsor prospects as part of the sponsorship sales process

Host sponsor prospects at events and ensure professional engagement

Maintain accurate records and reports on all commercial activities (companies approached, discussions held, etc.)
Qualifications
-
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in sports marketing, motorsport, sponsorship sales, licensing, and merchandising

Strong skills in sponsorship sales, presentation, relationship building, and negotiation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment

Fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
