Participate in the development of Information Technology plans, strategies and methods, which maximize the department's contribution towards meeting overall company goals and objectives.
Main Tasks

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate risks

Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with policy

Analyze emerging threats and develop strategies to protect

Create and develop security policies and procedures

Maintain detailed report for all kind of IT security challenges

Continuously monitor security systems and abnormal behaviors

Coordinate responses to security incidents or patches to SOC

Conduct security training and awareness programs

Proven experience in security management and risk assessment

Strong leadership, analytical and crisis management skills
- Korean and English language is a must for communicating with the HQ, German language is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as Security Controller
- Knowledge in: CISSP, CISA, Security+
