 Main tasks

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Hyundai Motorsport’s visibility across all platforms.

  • Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media events, ensuring strong engagement with journalists and stakeholders.

  • Oversee social media channels, creating and implementing content strategies tailored for motorsport audiences.

  • Lead the PR team in executing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

  • Develop and implement a crisis communication plan, ensuring Hyundai Motorsport is prepared for any PR challenges.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality PR and marketing services.

  • Plan and oversee PR budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing exposure.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as the key interface between teams, sponsors, media, and governing bodies.

  • Provide on-site event support at races, media launches, and promotional events to facilitate media interactions and brand representation.

  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in PR and communications in an international business environment.
  • Strong background in automotive and/or motorsport communications.
  • Proven experience managing global media relations, including press releases, media briefings, and interviews.
  • Experience in crisis communication management and handling high-pressure situations.
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content creation for motorsport brands.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and external agencies.
  • Track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and maximizing brand visibility.
  • Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
